表冷器换热能力:在一个大气压下，如果干球温度一定，湿球温度越高，那么空气中的水蒸气含量越高，此时直观地说可以凝结的水蒸气量就越多，翅片式冷凝器,水冷空调用表冷器.对外加工氟水循环铜管表冷器将蒸汽凝结量m*气化潜热，就可计算求解出热量，这部分热量是凝结热，这部分热量这算到换热器性能上，则凝结热越多，表观上看换热器的性能越好。
表冷器设计：
1、水流速范围，多少？
2、迎面风速范围，多少？
3、铜管管径一般是哪几种规格？是内螺纹吗？
管径减小，传热系数是否该增加？
4、翅片形式有哪些？平片？波纹片?平片开窗?
这三种翅片形式，传热系数应该是逐渐增加的吧？
有谁知道大概这三种的传热系数之间的倍数关系？(氟-空气换热的翅片换热器上，平片开窗的传热系数一般是平片的1.3倍)，表冷器是水-空气换热，是否也存在这样的经验关系式？
5、翅片间距一般取多少？
间距减小，传热系数应该增加吧？

1、表冷器中，走冷水和热水时(制冷或制热)，传热系数一样吗？基于同样的水流速和空气流速(水流量和风量不变)以及同样的换热温差；
2、表冷器，传热系数的经验值，范围是多少？
或者给定一个管径翅片形式翅片间距水流速范围迎面风速范围,其传热系数的范围是多少?
